Again in Thermopylen war 4000 men of Greece with 300 Spartans as the commanders of Greek army lost the war in 480 B.C and as u see at the end of '300' Leonidas died after this war; Then Xerxes left to Athen and he lost the war there because of the storm & bad climate & he came back to Persia; But actually we didn't see anything of the greatness of Persian Empire in the movie!!!! And about the Thermopylen war, It's true that we won this war but Xerxes couldn't control the war like he wanted because one the Greek man who worked for Persian army commited treason to Xerxes & Persia!
